Could you please provide the job title information and description of responsibilities for all Kirklees Borough Council staff employed at Huddersfield Open Market?

I would also like a copy of the Kirklees Council policy on the conduct of staff whilst on duty.

Please see attached documents. I have redacted some names of junior members of Kirklees staff from the job descriptions so I've also attached a refusal notice under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to this email.
