Jesus Green, Cambridge - Correspondence Since Bid Submitted

The Don't Make it Jesus Less Green Campaign made this Freedom of Information request to The National Lottery Heritage Fund

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

The Don't Make it Jesus Less Green Campaign

Could you please release details of any correspondence the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) has received (including notes of phone calls) from Cambridge City Council and Cambridge City Councillors on the subject of the Jesus Green Lottery Bid.

I am only requesting correspondence received after the bid document was submitted on the 30th September 2008.

Questions which it is hoped will be answered by the release of such information include:

Has the council or councillors made comments to the HLF on the objections to the bid which have been raised by local residents?

Has the council made the Heritage Lottery Fund aware of its position of making an application for funds well in excess of what it anticipates may be awarded?

The Don't Make it Jesus Less Green Campaign

Dear Hammad Raza,

Many thanks for your reply in which you made a request for a postal address.

Section 8.1.b of the FOI Act asks for an "address for correspondence", and it has been widely accepted that the email address I am using is sufficient.

See:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/help/about...

If at all possible I would strongly prefer the response to my request to be made electronically.

Many thanks,

Hammad Raza, The National Lottery Heritage Fund
