Jeremy Vine, dancing, on a table, in a broadcasting studio
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I refer to a video posted on Radio 2 presenter Jeremy Vine's personal Twitter feed (https://twitter.com/theJeremyVine/status...) and duplicated by myself at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WLY0ZeK... for future reference.
The video shows Mr Vine dancing on a table in a BBC broadcasting studio (BBC logo visible at 39 seconds in) while wearing high-heeled shoes under a low ceiling. The video was recorded at 11:55, so presumably five minutes before Mr Vine's daily programme commenced, and ends with Mr Vine jumping from the table to the floor.
Please provide a copy of the Risk Assessment produced in accordance with the Health & Safety At Work Act 1974 that refers to this particular activity, with particular regard to possible damage to Mr Vine himself and the BBC's studio equipment.
Yours faithfully,
Mr A Willmore
