Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Judicial Conduct Investigations Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Judicial Conduct Investigations Office,

I would like to know:

1. How many complaints has the JCIO received between 01 January 2015 and 22 March 2018?
2. What was the nature of those complaints?
3. What was the outcome of those complaints?
4. Where can the public read the complaints?
5. Where can the public read the decisions taken by the JCIO?

Yours faithfully,
