I am writing to request under the freedom of information act any/all
copies of administrative correspondence, letters and/or any other
documentation including minutes of meetings etc that mention or relate to
Factor VIII or Factor IX during the period January 1st 1973 – December
31st 1974.

Our response: I am writing to advise you that, following a search of our
paper and electronic records, we have established that the information you
requested is not held by Trust as we don’t hold any records for the period
requested.
