Dear North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

Please disclose details of every call out to Holme House Prison since January 1 last year.

Please disclose:

* The reason behind the call from the call log (i.e. prisoner suspected of being stabbed etc)

* The date and time of the incident

* Any injuries

I do not require any info that may identify the victim. Any such information should be redcated please.
