Thank you for your request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

In your email you have requested the number of JACKPOT winners in each English county, in total, from the first Lotto draw in 1994 to the most recent draw on Saturday 2nd October 2021.

Having completed a check of our records, I can confirm that the Commission does not hold information on the locations of winners of The National Lottery. Therefore, we are unable to fulfil your request.

The Commission is responsible for licensing and regulating the National Lottery, ensuring the interests of participants are protected and maximising returns for Good Causes. This information is by Camelot as the operator of the National Lottery but it is not information we are required to collect in support of our regulatory functions.
