Could you please answer the following questions with regards to this freedom of information request
1.A spokesperson for university Hospitals of Leicester stated today that an action plan has been put into place.to prevent such neglect and incompetence surrounding the Jack Adcock case to prevent something like this happening again. Could you please supply me with an Internet link or supply me with a copy of the trust policy highlighting this action plan?
2.With reference to the Nurse that was aquitted today at Nottingham Crown Court.could you please state if she still works for the trust? and what safeguarding and extra training has this so called professional is having or had to prevent future mishaps leading to the death of another child or patient?
3.If the aquitted Nurse still works for the trust could you please clarify if she is still working in a management capacity .or ward Sister post?
