J E Baring Ltd incorrect service address for company accounts
Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority,
1. Please confirm if solicitors firms and companies are required to use the correct spelling of their registered office and principle place of business their trading address if different to their registered office on companies house.
2. J E Baring Ltd company accounts made up to 30 June 2022 dated 17 February 2023 filed on 20 February 2023 with Companies House.
Why are they using the incorrect registered office address: First Floor (old partnership firm J E Baring & Co spelling for their former address) for these company accounts instead of the correct spelling, now changed to 1st Floor as stated on Companies House.
Yours faithfully,
Lin Ball

The London Gazette shows multiple examples of J E Baring & Co and First Floor being used, since 1 March 2021 when this partnership firm closed.
Why is the solicitors' company name J E Baring Ltd not being used with the correct address, 1st Floor?
Are solicitors not required to use their correct legal name and proper address at all times on all official documents?
