Can you indicate whether these areas are due for revision, given the
approval of a full update of the Kirklees Local Plan?

Info: Full construction of bitmac paths (vehicular strength & pedestrian)

Approx Value: £60k

Contract Period: 3 month contract period

• Title: Priority Bin Store Contract 6 - Lady Ann Rd & Sykes Close

Info:  Construction of new bin storage provision

Approx Value: £50k

Contract Period: 2 month contract period

• Title: Bin Stores Contract 7 - Carr Street

Info: Priority fire safety improvements to existing waste storage
facilities at multiple occupancy buildings.

Approx Value: £105k

Contract Period: 10 weeks

• Title: Bin Stores Contract 8 - Burhouse Court

Info: Supply and installation of priority waste storage in response to
FRAs.

Approx Value: £88k

Contract Period: 10 weeks

• Title: Kirkheaton Play sites, Fieldsway, Bankfield & Sunnyhill

Info: Refurbishment and renew of play areas within existing recreation
grounds/residential areas.
