The request was successful.

Dear Scarborough Borough Council,

You are proposing to relocate the Town Hall from St Nicholas Street. The main driver from your point of view appears to be cost. You have stated that a £1.7million IT upgrade will be necessary to stay at St Nicholas Street. You have obviously done significant research into the upgrade and I would be like to see a breakdown of the £1.7million IT Upgrade and any associated reasoning for costs involved.

Yours faithfully,

Tim Thorne

Tim

May I apologies to you for not responding in a timely manner with regard to your FOI Request

Unfortunately I have been somewhat tied up with the Town Hall Accommodation consultation exercise and regrettably aspects of the day job have had to be put on the back burner.

That said, I accept that I should have made arrangements to respond to your request. I will endeavour to do so early next week.

Regards

Nick Edwards
