solution:
• Do you have any planned upgrades of the Finance software? If so, when?
No planned upgrades.
• Are you planning to go to market for a different Finance system? If so,
when? Yes, autumn 2024.
• Who is the person responsible for your Finance system? Please provide

2. Please provide the following information regarding your HR & Payroll
solution:
• Do you have any planned upgrades of the HR software? If so, when? The
HR/Payroll system has approximately 4 mandatory upgrades a year – this is
part of the current package with our supplier.
• Are you planning to go to market for a different HR & Payroll system? If
so, when? No, we went through a tender process last year and have
selected a new supplier.
• Who is the person responsible for your HR & Payroll system? Please
provide full name, title and contact information if possible. For queries

3. If you were to go to market for a different solution, which procurement
framework would you be likely to use? G-Cloud.
