IT systems
Dear Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust,
I would like to request a list of the IT systems that you currently have in use at your trust (e.g. patient administration systems, Integration software, Document management software etc.). Please provide the name of the software and the provider (e.g. Lorenzo is provided by CSC).
If it will fall within the 18 hour time period please could you also provide the cost of each system at the time of purchase, the annual support and maintenance costs for each system and the remaining length of time on each contract.
