Dear Mr Kirtle

Freedom of Information request : Bristol City Council

Thank you for your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act. I apologise for the delay in responding. A response to
your questions can be found below as highlighted in bold.

1) The bristol.gov.uk website routine maintenance & updates (not to
include the recent re development of the site);

For the support year Nov 11 - Nov 12 the cost for application support
was £92,000 which included 6 days per quarter for patches and minor
upgrades and 6 days per quarter for support fixes/deployments.

2) The total costs of the recent re-development of the website, and a
copy of the statement of work / specification of the work carried out by
the vendor;

Cost of delivery was £701k. The actual work package is a contractual
document and is therefore not for release. I attach 2 documents which
were 'input documents' that describe the scope of the workpackage.

3) The initial purchase & annual running costs of the online 'citizens
portal' software which handles electronic council tax bills / management
(ctstatements.bristol.gov.uk)

Initial purchase costs - unfortunately we don't have access to this
information.
Annual support charges for ' Citizens Portal Software' - £59,821.00.

I trust you find this information of assistance.
