I regret to advise you that, whilst the information you request is held by
the Trust, we consider it to be exempt from disclosure, on the grounds of
commercial sensitivity, under Section 43(2) of the FOI Act. In considering
the application of the exemption, the Trust considers that disclosure
would, or would be likely to, prejudice its own commercial interests and
those of the contractors concerned.
