Dear Glyndŵr University,

This is a new Freedom of Information request, please pass this onto the person who conducts such requests.

I would like to request the following information regarding the University’s IT Helpdesk Software:

1.Do you currently have an IT service desk in place?

2.What software tool is in place?

3.What is the cost for this service charged by the provider (including any maintenance fees)

4.When is the contract due to be reviewed?

5.Who is the contact responsible for your IT Service Desk Software?

Dear Mrs Cape

I acknowledge your request for information received on 31st January 2012.

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information
requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by
the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject to the information not being
