Dear IMPS,

Thank you very much for your reply, I would just like to clarify your final answer. You have stated that there are zero projects over budget, but your answer to the question about which is the project with the biggest overspend is your unified communications project. Is this project on budget?

Yours sincerely,

Matt Jones

IMPS, University of Reading

Dear Matt,

My sincere apologies for the confusion, the answer to "Can you also please provide the name and purpose of your single biggest over budget project if you have one?" should have been, "N/A, there is currently not an over budget IT project". The Unified Communications project is the biggest spend but it is within budget.

I hope this clarifies.

Best regards,

Sinead
