10. What is the approximate number of single function printers in use across the Trust?
11. Do the single function printers form part of the managed print service?

13. Who are the main supplier(s) of print consumables (Toner, spares, etc)?

14. What is the approximate number of MFD’s (Multifunctional Devices) or Photocopiers in use across the Trust?
15. Who are the main MFD / Copier Suppliers(s)?
17. What are the start and end dates on the MFD contracts(s)?
18. What Print Management Software does the Trust use?
19. What method of authentication does the Trust use for releasing print? (e.g. PIN, Fobs, Card)
20. Are the service calls for the MFD's, printers and the print management solution logged directly by end users with the current provider or are they first logged centrally with your IT Department?
21. What is the overall volume of printed/copied output across the Trust on an annual basis?
22. What is the % split between colour and mono of the overall volume of printed/copied output across the Trust on an annual basis?
23. What (if any) documents are outsourced to an external provider for printing?

24. Do you have a Print room with device(s) of 75 pages a minute or faster?
25. If so what Software are they using to manage workflows etc?
26. Is this Print Room managed or is it freely available for staff to use
27. Does the Trust have any wide format devices within the organisation and if so how many?

28. Is a tender planned for any of the above print services? If so can you confirm the potential framework and release date?
29. Please can the Trust provide a named contact for the person responsible for procuring the print service?
