Dell, specific models are not disclosed in FOIs for IT Security purposes

Mixture of 2015 and 2016

b.      When is your planned (or estimated) storage refresh date?
(Month/year) What is your estimated budget for the refresh?  No current
refresh plans

c.       What date does your storage support contract end? (Month/year)
What is the value of your storage support contract? No current contract,
is done in-house

6.       What is the capacity of the storage data in TB? 21TB

7.       What backup software do you use? Arcserve

a.       How much data do you backup in TB? 30TB

b.      When is your planned (or estimated) backup software refresh date?
(Month/year) What is the estimated budget for your backup software
refresh? We will be going out to tender for a backup supplier soon and
typically will use the Crown Commercial Services Framework

c.       When does your backup support contract end? (Month/year) What is
the value of your backup support contract? No current contract, is done
in-house

8.       What compute vendor(s) and model do you currently use?  Standard
end user device is Lenovo, T series laptops and M series desktops

a.       Number of servers? 129 locally hosted, 105 cloud hosted

b.      Virtualisation platform?  VM Ware and Hyper V

c.       When is your planned (or estimated) compute refresh date?
(Month/year) As soon as budgets allow

The complaints/review procedure involves a full review by the Council's
Monitoring Officer.
