IT Hardware Assets and any replacement programme

Dear University of the Arts London,

Please can you provide information on your IT Hardware Assets and any replacement programme

1. Can you please state how many staff PC and Laptops are live and in use?
2. Do you have a central IT Asset replacement programme?
3. At what age of the PC and Laptops are determined to be replaced?
a. Or what is the minimum viable hardware specifications before a Desktop or laptop?
4. What is the manufacturer length of warranty you receive for a Desktop and a Laptop?
5. Do you have a standard manufacturer or model number for desktop or Laptop?
6. What is the current standard specification of Desktop or Laptop? Processor, Ram, SSD
