• When are you due to start looking to re-procure your clinical systems?
• Who supplies the Trust's integration system?
• Please supply a copy of the Trusts latest Informatics Strategy?
• How regularly does the Trust review their Informatics Strategy?
• Has the Trust developed a Digital Strategy?
• How often does the Trust assess their Clinical Systems?
• Who is the Trust's current Chief Clinical Information Officer?
• Who is the Trust’s current Chief Information Officer?
• Which member of the board is responsible for IT?
• As part of planning for the replacement of PAS how much has your organisation assigned specifically for data migration to offset the risks to revenue generation post go-live of the new system?
• Please provide an organisation chart for your IM&T department?
• Which member of the Trust is the Senior Risk Officer (SRO) for the Local Digital Roadmap engagements?
• Who at the Trust is responsible for ensuring the changes to IR35 are being enforced?

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - Dudley & Walsall Mental Health
Partnership NHS Trust

Thank you for your request for information under the requirements of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 which, although you sent it on the 28th
November, due to a technical problem, we only received it on 10th December
2018.   I can only apologise for this, and assure you that it is now being
actioned.

As per section 10 of the Act, you can expect a reply no later than 20
working days from this date.

There may be a fee payable for this information. This will be considered
and you will be informed if a fee is payable. In this event the fee must
be paid before the information is processed and released. The 20 day time
limit for responses is suspended until receipt of the payment. If there is
a fee payable we will write to you again to let you know the process in
this event.

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may
prevent the release of the information you have requested. We will assess
whether any of the exemption categories apply to your request and if they
do, or if there is a delay due to the application of an exemption we will
write to you again.
