Following an investigation and search of our records I can confirm the
following Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT)
information:-

 

•       Who is the Trust's current supplier for your Electronic Patient
Record?

 

Servelec

 

•       What is the contract start and end date for the Electronic Patient
Record?

 

          September 2015 - September 2020 with option to extend for up to
3 years.

 

•       Who is the Trust's current supplier for your Patient
Administration System?

          Servelec

 

•       What is the contract start and end date for the Patient
Administration System?

 

          September 2015 - September 2020 with option to extend for up to
3 years.

 

•       When are you due to start looking to re-procure your clinical
systems?

 

          Still to be confirmed but likely to be 2020.

 

•       Who supplies the Trust's integration system?

 

          Servelec, Healthcare Gateway

 

•       Please supply a copy of the Trusts latest Informatics Strategy?

 

          The Trust does not currently have an Informatics Strategy, there
is a planned launch early 2019.

 

•       How regularly does the Trust review their Informatics Strategy?

 

          N/A

 

•       Has the Trust developed a Digital Strategy?

 

          Yes the Trust are developing this presently.

 

•       How often does the Trust assess their Clinical Systems?

 

          Annually

 

•       Who is the Trust's current Chief Clinical Information Officer?

 

          Executive Medical Director

 

•       Who is the Trust’s current Chief Information Officer?

 

          Director of ICT

 

•       Which member of the board is responsible for IT?

 

          Executive Director of Finance

 

•       As part of planning for the replacement of PAS how much has your
organisation assigned specifically for data migration to offset the risks
to revenue generation post go-live of the new system?

 

          N/A, we are not replacing PAS.

 

•       Please provide an organisation chart for your IM&T department?

 

          Please find attached.

 

•       Which member of the Trust is the Senior Risk Officer (SRO) for the
Local Digital Roadmap engagements?

 

Our Executive Director of Finance

 

•       Who at the Trust is responsible for ensuring the changes to IR35
are being enforced?

 

The Trust manages IR35 compliance as a joint responsibility between the
appointing manager and the Finance and HR teams. For all assignments
procured via agencies, the relevant agency is requested to confirm IR35
compliance on the invoice. For any assignment that is not via an agency,
the HR team will check the details against the HMRC employment status
tool, and if the assignment is deemed to be that of an employee nature,
the invoices are passed via the payroll system with the appropriate
statutory deductions applied.

 

I confirm that the information above/attached completes your request under
the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am also pleased to confirm that no
charge will be made for this request.
