Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust on 18 October 2018. Please accept my

on 18 October 2018.  I am very sorry that the Trust is not yet in a
position to respond to all elements of your request – please accept my
apologies for this delay.  The Trust hopes to be able to provide a

if you could clarify what you are seeking in the following question: Which
