Dear FOI (LEICESTERSHIRE PARTNERSHIP NHS TRUST),

To clarify:

The apps being referred to would be ones connected to communication, ie. WhatsApp, iMessage, Hospify etc

Tasks at night refers to Looking after patients and completing any routine non-patient tasks during night shifts when there are depleted numbers of staff

Mechanisms are predominantly clinical but ultimately anything relating to team communication and patient care, so a physical speaker that emits sounds, a system that raises automatic email notifications, any existing technology that raises alerts about test results, positive covid tests and so on.

Hope this helps.

Yours sincerely,

Karla Rogosic
