We're waiting for Paul Smith to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Lancashire County Council,

I would be grateful if you could provide me with information regarding the
Council's current Managed Print contract under the Freedom of Information
Act:

• Current supplier.

• Size of the MFD fleet.

• Approximate no of devices (desktop and stand-alone Multi-Functional
Device Photocopiers).

• Annual mono and colour volume.

• Framework used.

• Contract start date

• Contract expiry date

• Name of print management software in use.

• Whether the print management solution is hosted on premise, hybrid or
off premise?

• If on premise, does the Council plan to migrate it to the Cloud and
within what timeframes?

• The name of the person at the Council who is responsible for the
management of the contract

• Does the Council have a Central Print Room?

• If yes, who is the current supplier to the Print Room?

• What software is currently in use in the Print Room?

• Framework used

• Contract start date

• Contract expiry date

2.    The size of the MFD fleet we have is 499 devices

3.    Approximate no of devices (desktop and stand-alone Multi-Functional
Device Photocopiers).

4.    Annual mono and colour volume.  2020-21 = 5,785,912 mono and 859,854
colour

5.    Th framework used is the BT Master Service Agreement

6.    Contract start date is 1/4/14

7.    Contract expiry date is 31/12/21

8.    Kofax (NSi Output Manager) is the print management software in use

9.   The print management solution is hosted on premise

10. The Council has no plans to migrate it to the Cloud

11. The name of the person at the Council who is responsible for the
management of the contract is David Chedd/Louise Kerr*

12.  LCC has its own Central Print Room

13.  The current supplier to the Print Room is Xerox

14.  Kofax (NSi Output Manager), Minkz hybrid mail, PlanetPress, Freeflow,
Fiery is currently in use in the Print Room

15.  Framework used is the BT Master Service Agreement

16.  Contract start date is 1/4/14

17.  Contract expiry date is 31/12/21

18.  Annual mono and colour volume  2020-21 5,600,505 and mono 401,049
colour
