Thank you for your information request of 2 May 2017.

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(the Act). I can confirm that the Department does hold information in

 3)  When does the contract expire?

• Finance  The agreement with Historic England began in 2016-17 and is for
a minimum of 5 years with the option of a further 2 years extension.

• Planning and Budgeting   same as Finance

•   HR and Payroll  The HR agreement with Historic England commenced in
2016-17 and is for a minimum of 5 years with the option of a further 2
years extension. Payroll services are delivered by CGI under a 7 year
contract which The Department signed in November 2015.

 

•   Projects  Web based products are licensed annually

 

•   Workforce planning  iTrent which is to be implemented

•   Business Intelligence  Power BI and Tableau

5)      Who is your current Finance system support partner? Historic
England

6)      What is your budget for IT spend for 2017/2018   £3.3 million

7)      How much do you spend on support for your current finance system?
We do not hold this information.

for a new system upon expiry?  There are annual updates to both the iTrent
and Integra software.
