been issued to staff prior to termination of employment (mutual or

We do not centrally record when an NDA is issued to an employee or
contractor.  NDA's do not routinely feature in contracts issued by the
Council. 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
