Israeli arms export licences, October 2023 to December 2024
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, that you please provide the following information on all arms export licences to Israel that were in effect at any time between the 7th of October 2023 and the 20th of December 2024, inclusive:
1. The licence type (e.g. SIEL).
2. The unique identifier of the licence (e.g. reference number).
3. The current status of the licence (e.g. active, expired, or revoked).
4. The date the licence was issued.
5. The date the licence expired, was revoked, or otherwise ended (if applicable).
6. The end-user entity (e.g. Israeli Air Force).
7. The end-use purpose (e.g. defence or training).
8. The type or types of equipment exported under the licence (e.g. firearms, aircraft parts, surveillance technology, etc).
9. The specific items involved in the licence and their quantities.
10. The monetary value of the licence.
11. The company or companies involved in manufacturing or supplying the items listed in the licence.
12. The date of the most recent risk assessment relating to the licence (if applicable).
13. The outcome of the most recent risk assessment relating to the licence (if applicable, e.g. approved, approved with conditions, or denied).

Afghanistan related enquiries
The UK evacuation operation has now ceased. The security situation in
Afghanistan remains extremely volatile. There is an ongoing and high
threat of terrorist attack. The potential for terrorist attacks,
particularly around Kabul airport, remains very high. British nationals
remaining in Afghanistan need to consider carefully the risks should they
attempt to leave by any route. We advise against all travel to
Afghanistan. We continue to closely monitor events in Afghanistan. Please
check our travel advice for our latest advice for British nationals, and
subscribe for updates.
The British Embassy in Kabul has suspended in-country operations. All UK
diplomatic and consular staff have been temporarily withdrawn. The ability
to provide consular support to British nationals is extremely limited and
is being provided virtually. If you are a British national in Afghanistan
and need to speak to a consular officer call the FCDO on +441908 516666
(or 01908 516666 in the UK). The FCDO cannot offer advice on the safety of
travelling to any alternative departure point.
British nationals who remain in Afghanistan are strongly encouraged to

will enable us to validate the numbers of British nationals seeking
assistance, and to provide essential information to British nationals that
remain in Afghanistan, when it becomes available.
