Dear South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

Please can you provide me with the following information about the ambulance service provision on the Isles of Scilly:

a) a breakdown of employed staff, broken down by headcount and full time equivalent (FTE) by each job title ordinarily resident on the Isles of Scilly.
b) the number of community responders ordinarily resident on the Isles of Scilly
c) the number of incidents attended each month for the last three years
d) the cost of providing the ambulance service on the Isles of Scilly, broken down at the most detailed level available on your finance system.
e) The make and models of all vehicles owned or leased by the Trust on the Isles of Scilly
f) the location of publicly accessible defibrillators in the Isles of Scilly deployable by the Trust.

provision on the Isles of Scilly which we received on 7 October 2018.

obliged to generate information we do not already hold in order to provide
