Is this behaviour by a GP who is Chair of a CCG acceptable practice ?

The request was partially successful.

Dear General Medical Council,

I was eventually offered an appointment with the GP chair of my local CCG, their chief officer and Board administrator.

I made them aware of significant failings within their organisation and another they commission services from.

The chair GP had arranged , at my request , for the meeting to be audio recorded then a transcript supplied, and also for minutes to be taken that would be sent to me.

Some time later, a blank memory stick arrived with only a partial transcript and I was told the minutes had been destroyed .

I have spoken with the GP chair and explained what I have received , but this resulted in no action.

Some time later, I received a very short letter on their headed paper, no date , no name , no signature , no title merely stating that I know how to raise a safeguarding alert.

As I am an elderly vulnerable adult, with long term physical and mental health injury, and he knows about this , I had expected him to ensure I received proper care whilst he dealt with all the very serious matters I raised, but this has failed to happen.

If a GP, in this case chair of an NHS CCG in England, arranges a meeting on the terms and conditions I have mentioned, is it acceptable for him to act in the way he has ?

I have reported several times in writing, the first time some 3 years ago, and spoken with the PALS manager at length , that I am suffering Abuse under Adult Safeguarding but nothing gets done about it.

Also, is it acceptable for one Medical Doctor to audio record a meeting with me , then edit it without my consent to remove damaging evidence about him and/or his employer ?

I feel I am being subjected to at least abuse by this GP and the CCG , but there is no chance I will be taken seriously - what are the standards this GP should be complying with, as the months are going by and I am deteriorating.

Additionally, my own GP is aware I am suffering abuse but fails to do anything about it ,
there appears to be a clique where no professional locally will take the action I would expect them to.

From this request, please give me as much information as possible about the matters I have asked for information about.

There are similarities in this request to a previous request I made to you a number of years ago, but the abuse of me continues to this day and the ranks in the agencies are closed.

Yours faithfully,

Steven King

Dear Mr King

Thank you for your email which was sent to the General Medical Council via
[1]www.whatdotheyknow.com. This website publishes all requests and
responses online for the general public to see.

As you are asking for information in relation to the care that has been
provided directly to you, we would not normally consider these requests
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). We think that it would
be useful for you to send your concerns directly to me at
[2][email address] from your personal email address. This way we
will be able to address your concerns using the correct process and help
you as much as we can.

If you have any queries about this, please contact me on the details

Dear Sadie Jones,

Thank you for the information you provided privately by way of email yesterday.

However I made this FOIA request for information that I would like to be able to easily refer to here on the whatdotheyknow website at a later date, and that may hopefully be of benefit to others finding themselves in a similar predicament to myself.

Would you please be kind enough to respond to this request publicly, but clearly not including my email address , and by providing hyperlinks to the two documents you have told me about.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Whilst writing, I believe in recent years the GMC specifically ' beefed up ' its guidance regarding the handling of safeguarding concerns and alerts raised by patients to GPs , and trust you will be prepared to provide me with this guidance too as it is relevant to my request please ?

Yours sincerely,

Steven King

Dear GMC,

Your style of response to two FOI's on here has already alerted me that you share the same evasive and unhelpful attitude to enquiries and cases as the the PHSO Ombudsman?

Since 2011, the PHSO covered up crimes against me so I have to now wonder whether I will be wasting my time if I try to progress any issues for concern about corrupt lying NHS Doctors and GPs with the GMC?

I am the victim of Doctors and GP's colluding in their coverup of errors and clinical negligence since 2009. It seems to me that there is NO organisation in the UK that a victim can progress a review into a decade of malfeasance?

What was learnt from Dr Shipman's conduct? ANYTHING?!!

Will my ability to keep good mental hygiene be challenged once one tries to engage the GMC in transparency and cooperation?

Freesia left an annotation ()

The GMC has engaged in their typical obfuscation in the reply to your FOI requests. Please bear in mind that the GMC and very many doctors are involved in Freemasonry. This means they will lie, deny and cover up for each other against the interests of patients.

You could expose this on a website, or get someone to do this for you. It seems that in 2017, doctors can fail to treat you, or mistreat you, which results in you being harmed, or killed, with no redress being possible.

There is a need for some sort of action group and legal funding for people to be able to pursue matters via the courts. Have you spoken to anyone for legal advice?

Freesia & Fiona Watts
Thank you both for your valuable annotations here, and I can confirm I am suffering the same as you mention in your own experiences.
Freesia - I am seeing friends suffering similar types of ' cleansing ' of the lower social classes locally, with several ending up dead by foul means.
It is my belief, based on experiences , that freemasonry DOES appear to have a significantly negative effect on my getting treatment or support and the amount of negative false records being generated about me I believe is likely to lead to my death also - but nobody cares in todays society .
The amount of false records - complete lies and fabrication about me by medical professionals - PALS - and those they ' USE ' to prepare these records so as to distance themselves - is frightening. One cover up after another after another - been going on for 17 years now !
Yes - para 2 of your comment - that is happening to me too.
Para 3 - yes an action group would be a step forward - but will GOV.UK and the ICO be monitoring our emails and collecting data at the ICO - I understand this does happen ? The CAB - not a good way forward in Wiltshire ! A Solicitor I was sent to by the LSC - another cover up - a disaster of a solicitor and a Freemason who played golf with the chair of the organisation partly responsible for my injuries !
The biggest question - who do you trust ?????

Ann Williams left an annotation ()

In essence, trust no one. It can be helpful to record everything, meetings, appointments with doctors and consultants. That way you have proof of their lies and misconduct. It is possible to buy excellent digital recorders in Argos and other stores.

They don't like being exposed, so put this all over the web. I always say if there is anything they feel is defamatory, then sue me! No one has to date has, apart from costs, they wouldn't want the publicity. Remember McLibel?

Dear Ann Williams
Thank you so much for your annotation here earlier today.

I TOTALLY agree with everything you say .

Earlier this week I had a meeting in my house with 2 social workers . I asked them to audio record the meeting for completeness and clarity , but they rang back to refuse my request and stated it was against Wiltshire Councils policy.
I therefore asked if it was acceptable to them for me to audio record the meeting in my own home using one of the digital recorders you mention.
I was told if I was recording the meeting , it would not go ahead and they would leave.
TRUST NO ONE is the best advice ive been given, although ive realised for a very long time that many public sector public authorities rely upon lies, spin and cover up - even altering their copies of previously recorded meetings and producing fake transcripts to cover up serious failings in Wiltshire , they wont give me a full data disclosure - crucial documents go missing ,as an elderly vulnerable adult I report abuse under adult safeguarding but nothing gets done. I formally request the advocacy I am entitled to - but they ignore my requests .
Effectively they abuse me and are systematically killing me off.
I am well known locally as someone who foolishly still believes in the truth, the whole truth and nothing but , which I thought our society required - clearly not so in Wiltshire.
If you read my FOIA request to Wiltshire Council regarding the council leader Baroness Jane Scott it tells the real story - and now Scott is off to Grenfell Tower - God help them !

Hello Steven,
It will come as no consolation to you to know that you are one of a number of people having this type of experience. It seems that vulnerable adults (also children) are felt to be dispensable under the New World Order agenda. I know of others who should get help and support but are on the receiving end of abuse at least.

My advice is to record everything, don't tell them you are doing this and wait for your moment of giving them a nice surprise. Since they use dirty tricks against us, I see no reason why we shouldn't return these tactics.

Steven King left an annotation ()

Thank you for your comments Freesia, I agree and not only here but elsewhere on whatdotheyknow, I believe I am experiencing what you mention.

Those who persist in abusing you, that don't change their ways will, in the end, face the consequences of their actions. There will be no escape for these when the Messiah returns. For their sakes I hope they change course.
