Since 2020 Wales Government took extreme measures. Example: Lockdown and covid pass. Did the Wales Government provide you with any evidence to support this extreme measures?

If yes, can you provide the evidence, please.
If not, why you impose extreme measures without any evidence?

If Wales government give order to Swansea council to build a Consecration Camp, “type Auschwitz“ Is Swansea council obligated to execute the order?
