Is it compulsory for those on the Work Programme to divulge their email address to the provider?

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department for Work and Pensions should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

1) Is it compulsory for claimants on the Work Programme to tell the Work Programme provider what their email address is?

2) If so, what is the punishment for non-compliance?

Yours faithfully,

Chris Kelly
