Dear Department for Transport,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I hereby request an internal review, which I make both under the FOIA and EIRs.
I hope that following the recent tribunal rulings on Ewing/Rukin (No. 2) EA/2016/0278 and EA/2017/0001, information might be more forthcoming.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...
Yours faithfully,
Joe Rukin

Dear Department for Transport,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Transport's handling of my FOI request 'IPA Reports on HS2' again. I make this request under both the FOIA and the EIR regime.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Dear Mr Rukin
Re: FOI Request F0015131 - Internal Review
I am writing further to the my emails to you of 22 September 2017, in
which I advised that you could expect to receive a response to your
internal review by today’s date. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of
the review, we will need to extend the deadline for responding until 16
November 2017.
As you have a number of requests live with us, to be clear, the review I
am referring to covers the following requests:
1. I wish to request the publication of all reports on HS2 produced by
the Infrastructure and Projects Authority conducted since it took over
the responsibilities of the Major Projects Authority.
2. I wish to request the publication of the report on HS2 which was
conducted by Sir Jeremy Heywood, which I believe to have taken place
around May 2016.
I am sorry for this delay but would like to assure you that we will be in
touch with a substantive response as soon as we can.
Yours sincerely
Aimee Gasston

Dear Mr Rukin,
Further to our email of the 19^th October 2017 I’m afraid that we need to
further extend the deadline for reply to your internal review requests
until Friday 24^th November 2017.
I appreciate that this will be disappointing news but please be assured
that we are continuing to give full consideration to your requests and
complaints.

Ivan Pocock
