Dear Mr Williams

Thank you for your email seeking an internal review of your information request.

We note that you have not indicated why you are dissatisfied with our response to this request, for example by explaining why you believe that the exemptions we have relied upon do not apply.

As you must be aware by now, we will consider your request for a review only once you have clarified the grounds on which you are complaining about our response.

Taking into account the circumstances of your previous correspondence with the IOPC we believe that it is reasonable to refuse this and any other request for review you may make unless and until you have provided adequate reasons for complaint. We may not acknowledge any further internal review requests that do not meet these requirements.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Williams

We have received communication from the Information Commissioner's Office informing us that you have made a complaint to them because you have not received a response to an internal review. We have explained to them that we have not yet received your grounds for complaint and cannot reasonably consider a review until we do so.

We would therefore like to bring your attention to our email of 24 August below in which we have outlined that, "we will consider your request for a review only once you have clarified the grounds on which you are complaining about our response". On receipt of your grounds and representations we will progress this internal review.

Yours sincerely
