Dear Liverpool City Council,

It is now more than three months since I made my original FOI request and some weeks since I requested an internal review. This delay is unacceptable and if a substantive response is not received by the end of next week I shall have no alternative but to consider taking the matter to the Information Commissioner.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Hayman
