4) Has Finance Wales stated a minimum value which the shares must NOT

In response to your request information which can be disclosed has been
provided along with details of any exemptions applied

1. The original investment was made in November 2005 when FW became a
minority shareholder in the private limited company Boomerang Ltd. Finance
Wales investment was transferred into a shareholding in the listed company
as part of the AIM flotation in November 2007.

2. Finance Wales considers the information relating to the CEO and
Board members of Boomerang Plus and number of shares held to be exempt
under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act as this information is
available from Companies House. Company information can be access via

3. Finance Wales considers the information relating to the current
value of the shares to be exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of
Information Act as this information may be derived from other sources of
information available from the following sources:

. Memorandum of Association and annual accounts of Boomerang Plus

4. Finance Wales confirms that no information relating to a minimum
share value is held.
