FOI Unit, Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council

Dear Mr Ward,

Further to your Freedom of Information Request which was received on
25/11/2019, I am emailing to request some clarification in relation to
your queries.

Within your request, you asked:

Please list all investment instruments/assets and deposit assets in which
public money is invested. Please ensure that list includes the corporate
issuer, market, asset class & rating, the coupon received, type of
security, term, introducing party and any other relevant information.
The period covered should be the last 36 months.

We have been advised that as the investments held by the Authority
change on a daily basis, to provide all the in-depth information you have
requested is likely to go over the time limit.  Therefore, you may wish to
either reword your request or alternatively we have a couple of options of
what we could provide within the timelimit:

1) A more detailed analysis of the Authorities investments as they stand
today, or

2) A more detailed analysis of the Authorities investments at 3 selected
points in time, i.e. as of today and then the last 2 financial year ends.

We would appreciate it if you could provide this clarification to us at
[1][email address]

Please be aware that if we do not hear from you within three months, we
will need to assume that you are no longer interested in receiving the
information for the queried questions, and will close your request on our
system.

Regards
