Please advise how many investigations have been undertaken into misuse of Big Lottery funding awarded via the BASIS scheme for beneficiaries based within the Tees Valley in the past five years.
Please advise the name of the organisation investigated, the nature of the allegations and the findings of the investigation and any action taken.
