Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act, which was received on 19 February 2016. I can confirm that the Health
and safety Executive holds the following information.

 

Document 1 -  Cases Report 4164113 is withheld partly under EIR Exceptions
Regulation 13

Document 2 -  Cases Report 4287103 is withheld partly under EIR Exceptions
Regulation  13 and  Regulation  12  5 (b)

Document 3  - Cases report 4164052  is withheld partly under FOI
Exemptions Section 40

 

 

Although the Act normally requires us to send a response within 20 working
days, we have further information which we need to correspond with third
party.

In this case we will need to extend the response deadline. We hope to send
this out to you within the next 4 weeks because the information you have
asked for needs to be considered under one of the Act's Exceptions  where
a public interest test applies. This means that we need to assess whether
the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public
interest in withholding it, and extra time can be allowed for this
deliberation.

Regulation 13 concerns personal data within the meaning of the Data
Protection Act 1998. Regulation 13  applies to two distinct types of
requests for information:
