Dear NHS North Cumbria CCG,

Thank you for responding to my FOI request. You apply an exemption because numbers are so few but please could you confirm in which years there were no deaths, and in which years there were 1-5 deaths or if you prefer 1-10 deaths.

This is how other CCGs have dealt with small numbers.

I look forward to receiving your clarification,
Many thanks
George

To George

I just wanted to give you an update as we are currently working to provide
the information that you have requested below in your follow up message.

Because the information is sensitive in nature, there is only a small
number of colleagues that have access to it and due to this it is taking a
little longer than hoped to bring it together for you.

However, we will respond to you in full as soon as possible.

Kind regards

NHS North Cumbria CCG
