Dear Mr Flemming,

In response to your Freedom of Information request, I can confirm the
following:

As at 26 January 2023 10 employees were subject to Fitness to Practice
proceedings or investigations, all of whom are Paramedics.  Of the 10
staff;

• 4 were suspended from duty
• 5 were working in their normal role
• 1 had stepped down to an EMT 1 role.

Please can you provide the amount of staff as of today's date (26/01/2023)
who are currently subject to Fitness to Practice proceedings or
investigations by either the HCPC, NMC or GMC and who are -

1. Suspended from the trust

2. Working in an alternative role pending the outcome of proceedings/
investigation (If so please provide their substantive and alternative
temporary role)

3. Working in their normal role

for each of the above, please provide a breakdown by substantive role (job
title) rather than professional group.
