Dear British Transport Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of British Transport Police's handling of my FOI request 'Investigation of person involved in alleged assault at 11:30pm on 3rd August 2018 at Liverpool Central Station'.

Crucially you failed to address the part of my request which asked for information about whether the two assaulted persons will be bringing charges against the presumed attacker, the person in the photograph, the man who looks like Martin Liptrot, the Wirral Council senior employee whom it appears allegedly allowed his fists to do the talking. Please address this failure on the second time of asking.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,

Paul Cardin
