Dear FOI Enquiries,

TV licences revoked as being invalid due to data held on TV Licensing databases not being congruent. For example, even though the TV licence holder is up to date with their payments or has committed no other infringement that would render the TV licence they hold as invalid they are notified the TV licence is "invalid" by Capita TV Licensing and then subsequently prosecuted.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Hillas
