6) Who is responsible for managing your Intranet ?
7) Who is responsible for the procurement of your Intranet ?
8) Who is responsible for managing your IT Team ?
9) Do you use any other SaaS (Software as a service) applications ?
10) Who are your main software vendors ?
11) Do you use Azure / Amazon Web Services or Office365 ?
12) Do you have a digital workplace strategy?

Thank you for your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. The answer to your question is as follows:

1) How many employees are working in the council ?

 we employ 368 staff soon to be 232 as we are outsourcing leisure services
on 1 August 2018

 2) What is your annual IT budget ? 

Revenue for 18-19 is £430,920, Capital is £65,000

3) What is your annual Intranet budget ? 

No specific IT budget, Comms has no specific Intranet budget. SIDD was
developed in-house (by Nick’s team) and is maintained and hosted in-house
– so there are no external costs.

4) What is your current Intranet solution and how long has it been in use

in house using Joomla

5) Do you use Open Source applications, such as Drupal or Wordpress? 

Joomla

6) Who is responsible for managing your Intranet ? 

Communications Team

7) Who is responsible for the procurement of your Intranet ? 

Joint decisions would be made including Communications Manager, ICT
Manager and Head of Resources

8) Who is responsible for managing your IT Team ? 

Nick Blaney, ICT Manager

9) Do you use any other SaaS (Software as a service) applications ? 

Housing options and Room Bookings

10) Who are your main software vendors ?
