10) Who are your main software vendors?
11) Do you use Azure / Amazon Web Services or Office365?
12) Do you have a digital workplace strategy?

I refer to your request for information which was dealt with in terms of
the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

 

I have detailed below the following information in fulfilment of your

1) How many employees are working in the council? 4,500

2) What is your annual IT budget? £3,732,875.17 (18/19 Revenue Budget)

3) What is your annual Intranet budget? N/A – This information is not held
in a form that could be isolated easily

5) Do you use Open Source applications, such as Drupal or Wordpress? Yes
Drupal

6) Who is responsible for managing your Intranet? Web Manager – Lorne
MacBrayne

7) Who is responsible for the procurement of your Intranet? Gerry Wilson,
ICT and Digital Manager

8) Who is responsible for managing your IT Team? Gerry Wilson, ICT and
Digital Manager

9) Do you use any other SaaS (Software as a service) applications? Yes

10) Who are your main software vendors? Various however key software
vendors are Microsoft, ORACLE, Civica, Northgate, IDOX, OLM to mention
just a few key suppliers

11) Do you use Azure / Amazon Web Services or Office365? Yes Office365

12) Do you have a digital workplace strategy? No

 

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request for information
has been dealt with you are entitled to request a review by writing to the
