I write in connection with your request for information dated 4th June 2017 which was received by Cleveland Police on 5th June 2017 and your chase up e-mail of 27th September 2017. Please accept our sincere apologies for the late response caused by staffing issues within this office, resulting in a considerable backlog of requests, in addition to the technical difficulties we encountered in providing the screen shot. Your patience is very much appreciated. I note you seek access to the following information:

We have attached a screen shot of the intranet page as requested.

The Cleveland Police response to your request is unique and it should be noted that not all Forces record and hold information in the same format therefore responses from Cleveland Police should not be used as a comparison with any other force response you receive.

If you are not satisfied with this response or any actions taken in dealing with your request you have the right to request an independent internal review of your case under our review procedure. The APP College of Policing guidance states that a request for internal review should be made within 20 working days of the date on this response unless extenuating circumstances to account for the delay can be evidenced.

I write in connection with your e-mail received by this office on 16 October 2017 in which you ask "Do you have a clearer copy please? It’s very blurred".
You will note from our response we stated that we were having technical difficulties obtaining a copy for you and what was sent was the best that we were able to achieve, it is possible that the case management system we use if further distorting the image.

If you can provide this office with a postal address we can send you a further image that MAY assist you.

If we do not receive further communication from you by 27 October 2017 we will assume that you have managed with what we were able to send you and we will take no further action.

I have attached a new copy as requested which we have tried to make as clear as possible, however as we explained previously, we have had difficulties in obtaining a readable copy to scan and send.

When I asked if you could send us an address to post a copy to, being aware of data protection issues I did not mean for you to submit it via this medium but either by telephone, post or e-mail from a personal e-mail box.
