Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

I understand a whistleblower - Shahmir Sanni - was interviewed in recent days by BBC Radio 4. Topics discussed include the composition of the Cabinet. Mr. Sanni has only been interviewed once by the BBC, so there should be no ambiguity about the specific occasion.

Please could you disclose to me a copy of all the audio from that interview, or a transcript thereof, or else tell me where I can find the interview with Shahmir Sanni online? I could not find it on the same web site as your interview with Steve Bannon (*)

Yours faithfully,

P John

Dear FOI Enquiries,

thank you for your response to my FoIA request.

I'm confused by one aspect. You say, "The BBC, as a media organisation, is under a duty to impart information and ideas on all matters of public interest and the importance of this function has been recognised by the European Court of Human Rights. Maintaining our editorial independence is a crucial factor in enabling the media to fulfil this function."

I simply don't believe you.

Your political coverage doesn't seem even remotely impartial to me.

Yours sincerely,

P. John
