interventions guidance of Jobcentre plus advisers

I would like to know what is the guidance published internally for use by job centre plus staff in which Jobcentre Plus managers and advisers :-
1.judge which interventions will help individual customers and How is the judgment made by the adviser/Manager?
2)what factors should be considered when making a referral.
3The safeguards that ensure that the referral is appropriate.
4.The specified activities which the customer should be expected to carry out while completing the specified interevntion,
5)Ensure work activity is making a contribution to their community.
6)Giving the customer a specified understanding as of what they are entitled to expect as well as what is expected of them
Including but not limiited to- courtesy relevant work experience, Productive use of time, time keeping professionalism......

Q)1 and 4) Whether ‘interventions’ means an appointment with a Jobcentre Plus Adviser, or appointment with a Provider, or something else
A)all Interventions available to Tackle Work-Related Barriers available within the umbrella of jobcentre Plus including an appointment with an adviser or appointment with a provider
Could you please table all interventions

A)Both a referral with an advisor and a provider
Q) 5) Does work activity mean the DWP Mandatory Work Activity scheme or something else? All work activity schemes the DWP has at it’s disposal including but not limited to the work activity scheme,

Could you please table all interventions available, and all guidance available for each intervention and answer the following with reference to each intervention?
1.judge which interventions will help individual customers claiming Job seekers allowance or Employment and Support Allowance and the process by which the judgment is made by the adviser/manager?
2)what factors should be considered when making a referral, either to an adviser or provider, to an individual customers claiming Job seekers allowance or Employment and Support Allowance,
3The safeguards that ensure that any intervention referral at the disposal of Jobcentre Plus employees is appropriate for the individual customers claiming Job seekers allowance or Employment and Support Allowance
4.The specified activities which the customer should be expected to
carry out while completing the specified intervention, all Interventions to Tackle Work-Related Barriers available under the umbrella of jobcentre Plus
5)Ensure any work activity intended to Tackle Work-Related Barriers available under the umbrella of jobcentre Plus activity is making a contribution to their community
6)regarding any work activity witch a customer maybe referred to Giving the customer a specified understanding as of what they are
entitled to expect as well as what is expected of them
Including but not limiited to- courtesy relevant work experience,
Productive use of time, time keeping, professionalism......

Presented to Parliament by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions pursuant to Section 174(2) of the Social Security Administration Act1992
and
Sated within that statement was the following:_
“there are certain safeguards to ensure that the referral is appropriate. Guidance issued to Jobcentre Plus Advisers will set out what factors should be considered when making a referral to the Scheme”
“Guidance issued to Jobcentre Plus Advisers will require that they take into account any circumstances that may affect a customer’s ability to participate in the Mandatory Work Activity Scheme when they are considering whether to make a referral”
“As an additional safeguard, it will form part of our ‘best practice’ guidance to Jobcentre Plus that once a Personal Adviser has identified that a customer may be suitable for the Mandatory Work Activity Scheme, they will be encouraged to discuss the appropriateness of the referral with their Adviser Manager. This meeting will discuss their reasons for referring this customer, and the Adviser Manager will take the decision whether to approve the referral.”
"it will be part of the guidance that the requirements of the scheme must be clearly outlined. They will also be required to communicate what the sanctions will be if a customer fails to meet these expectations."
