19. REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENDITURE

19.3 Where a council requires an employee to possess a Heavy Goods

Does the council meet the cost or reimburse for employees for :

Dear fleet,

The response you have sent is confusing, to clarify the question is

As is detailed in section 19.3 of the SJC Agreement
does the council meet the cost of
Tachograph card?
licence renewal?
yes or no to each will suffice...... Possibly could mean both so i require a definitive answer

I did not ask anything about before an employee was employed so i do not understand the relevance of your reply

Could you also format your reply on a separate page from my original request so that it looks like an answer.

Yours sincerely,

craig cummings

Dear Falkirk Council,

Dear Young, Natalie,

You seem to have not answered the question again, for clarity i shall try to rephrase it

Under the terms of the scottish joint councils red book agreement

Do you meet the costs for Tachograph card?
Do you meet the costs for CPC (under the said agreement, not career development)?

Yours sincerely,

craig cummings

Why is this being dealt with as a review?

The question was clearly on the original request and has been ignored twice.

Does the council meet the costs of Tachograph card?
