Request for Information in terms of the Freedom of Information Act

Enquiry Subject: Reimbursement of Expenditure

Reference: 101005802678

Further to your recent request, please note below the response  to the
question you posed.

Qu. Does the council meet the cost or reimburse for employees for
Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) LGV medical Tachograph card
(driver smart card)

Ans. The council  does cover the renewal costs for the above and also
facilitate in house training for Drivers on CPC. If a driver loses or
damages their Tacho card they have to replace it themselves.
